Members in attendance: Tim & Connie Mills, John Porsel, Greg Hansen, Nick T, Ron & Linda Liston, Bob Von Kaenel, Mike Tesar, Larry Jansky, Russ Detjens and Connie Johnson

John Porsel gave a Synopsis of upcoming shows:

Chevelle 50th Year Anniversary Books are in, see Mike Teasar if you ordered and paid for one. Club has 6 books available for sale to current club members or new members who would like one.

Greg found at a book store a Chevelle/Monte Carlo Chilton’s Repair and Tune-up Guide, he will keep an eye out for more copies if anyone is interested.

Greg has provided a copy of the club apparel list to pioneer uniform to quote prices for apparel, so we can decide if we want to continue to have apparel on hand or provide and order form to order apparel as needed. Pioneer to provide a sample of a Pink Shirt with club logo. Bob Von Kaenel to check with place in Lincoln, where club jackets were ordered in the past for pricing . IF YOU WANT CLUB APPAREL, MAY WANT TO BUY NOW BEFORE PRICES GO UP. Here is a summary of the current apparel that we still have in stock.

Old Club Banner (print on one side) to give away at the June Meeting in Lincoln, hosted by Cathy and Bob Von Kaenel. Members who attend this meeting will have their name put into the drawing.

Connie Johnson has been researching the Regional Car Show Idea that was discussed at the last two (2) meetings to see if we want to move forward and join the Midwest Chevelle Regional Governing Council and host a car show in the Iowa/Nebraska area every 5 years. E-mail will be sent out with all the findings at this point. Club participation is needed for us to be able to do a regional show. The next Regional Car Show is June 26 and 27 in Springfield, MO., hosted by the Queen City Chevelle Club. Would like to have a few members to attend this show and shadow the Queen City Chevelle Club so see how a regional show is done.
