Meeting was called to order at 1:30PM

Connie discussed the upcoming regional show. 55 cars registered to date. Connie wants 6 - 1000 pt judges. She has (0) as of today. Encouraged everyone to help find judges. 88 rooms have be reserved of our 99 needed. Discussed the security for the show. A motion was made by Steve K to have club members watch cars on Thursday and pay security on Friday. The motion was 2nd by Bob V. Voted on and passed. Volunteers to do security are Rich Cofiack - 11:00 pm to 1:00 am. Bob Von Kaenel - 1:00-3:OO am. Bob Clegg - 3:00-5.00 am and Jay Johnson - 5:00 - 7:00 am. Connie asked about having a cake at the dinner. It was voted on and passed that we spend up to $100.00 fcr a cake. Connie discussed the menu. Beef or pulled pork sandwiches, potato salad, cookies and brownies. Not finalized yet. Dinner to start at 6:00 pm. Connie passed around the finished placques fcr everyone to see.
Greg discussed talking to cabela's, sports bar, costeo to get discounts for attendees of our show. Also said he has the show registered with the Omaha World Herald, WOWT, and will talk to Sarpy county tourism. Stacy Lambert will contact Family Fun in Omaha.com to get a hold of free stuff for moms in omaha to advertise the show.
Steve Kohler asked if the club would donate $100.00 for the Vintage Iron show. It was voted on and passed.
Gregg and Bob V discussed the August 21 Eclipse. Those going meet at flashbacks @8.OO am. Bob V and Tim have glasses. Mike Tesar told the group not to take pictures without some type of filter, as it could ruin their camera.
Next Club Meeting: September 10, 1PM at Cruisin for a cure on 86th and Dodge.
