Meeting called to order:

Treasurer's Report: Balance of account $2,064.84.
    $200 was received from Last Fling Til Spring Participation
    $84 was received from dues
    $59 was received from apparel
Ending Balance: $2417.84

Secretary's Report: No secretary's report as secretary was not present.

President's Report:

The club attended the ACES regional in Olathe, Ks. Discussed the fact that the KC club had 7 cars there and Queen City had 10 cars participate. We would like to see more of our members participate in some of the more important shows during the year.

Greg had one of the Chevelle picture frames and wanted to know if anyone wants one. He is ordering and the more we order the better the pricing. Also discussed work days to help members get fixed what they need fixed so they can participate more.

The Nov 21 holiday meeting – need RSVP’s so Greg knows how much meat to purchase. Please bring a side dish to share at the meal and if possible what you are going to bring.

Discussed the gift cards that are given at the holiday party and keeping the limit at $300. We discussed keeping the cards pretty much universal so they can be used where ever. Bob V. said he would help obtain the gift cards. Party is at Greg’s house.

Discussed March 2011-April 2011 club meeting. Maybe so something inside due to the fact that it may still be cold outside, such as the Smith Collection or try Gary Cook’s collection again. Queried members for ideas for the March-April meetings.

Greg would also like club members to make a commitment to attend 5 shows next year, mainly club participation shows so we can have the most members attending.

WOW – want to have a car of each year and convertibles.
