Agenda Items: Greg Thanked Chris & Linda
Holtberg for hosting the meeting. Greg introduced prospective new
members Jay & Heather who has a Monte Carlo. Greg thanked the
cruise committee for setting up the scenic cruise to Holtberg’s for the
meeting. Greg talked about the Wichita Regional being rainy but the
Alley made the weekend great. Talked about Wichita allowed Monte Carlos
but did not advertise it. Next year the Springfield show will not allow
Monte Carlos. Springfield moved the show to June. Greg has KC books
from Dale McIntosh if anyone wants one talk to Greg.
Nominations: This meeting was the 2nd round for nominations of Officers. There were no new nominations therefore there will be no voting. Our new officers for 2019 are: President – Greg Hansen Vice President – Steve Fitch Secretary – Jan Lambert Treasurer – Jay Johnson Greg read a list of car shows: Cruise on Main Street in Plattsmouth is scheduled for October 5, 2018. Raindate will be October 13, 2018. Greg talked about the gun club having emergency response classes for women on Mondays at the gun club on 82nd and Center. If interested contact either Greg or the gun club. Greg talked about the plaques being ready at the next meeting. Pay when they are done and you pick them up. We have 8 left as of today to sell. April Sevilla from Sweet Cases is asking for donations of trophies anyone no longer wants. Bring to the October meeting for April to collect. Jan Lambert made a motion to cater the Turkey, Dressing, Ham and Mashed Potatoes and Gravy for the November meeting. 2nd by Teri Kendall. After a discussion it was voted on and passed. The cost will be divided by the members coming to the meeting. Jan to get a price from Hy-Vee. Meeting was adjourned @ 2:50pm. |
