Minutes of Heartland Chevelle club meeting March 7, 2009 at Strategic
Air and Space Museum near Ashland, NE.

Stantions for World of Wheels
were shown. Discussed making storyboards to attach to stantions.

A motion was made to go ahead with storyboards. Motion was
passed.

A motion was then made to reimburse Rick Lambert for 8 storyboards.
Motions was passed.

Mike Tesar is working on name tags. He has three different styles. He asks members to email him the
picture of their car they want him to use and also whatever verbiage they want on their tag.

Rick Lambert asks members wanting to have a picture of their car in power point slideshow to email
that also.

Also discussed: Possible locations for a car show-Cars and Coffee at
Scooters. Vintage Plates available for members to purchase.

Long sleeve shirts and Polos are in and can be picked up at next meeting or contact Cathy V. to pick
up earlier.

H and H car show applications were handed out.

No further business was conducted and our meeting was adjourned. Next
